3. Financing

We offer financing options through third-party financial institutions. MakeMyTrailer.com is not responsible for the terms or decisions made by these institutions. Clients must review and agree to the third party’s financing terms directly.

4. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the trailer manufacturer. Some manufacturers offer a 1-year warranty, while others may offer up to 3 or 5 years. Warranty details are discussed and confirmed directly with the sales representative during the purchase process. MakeMyTrailer.com does not determine or modify manufacturer warranty terms.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

If the trailer has not entered production, the deposit may be refunded minus a 4% processing fee.
If the trailer is already in production, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but it can be credited toward a future trailer order.

6. User Access and Accounts

Users may browse MakeMyTrailer.com freely without creating an account. We do not require user registration for website access or inquiries.

7. Intellectual Property
